Knee or Hip Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation after a total knee or hip replacement is extremely important. In the first few weeks following your surgery, we will visit you at home for treatment if you are unable to come to the clinic.
Initially, the rehabilitation focuses on optimizing the mobility of the operated knee or hip and gradually increasing the load on the joint.
In a later stage, we will work together to restore the strength of the muscles around the operated joint and improve balance.
Of course, this also includes monitoring and correcting your walking pattern if necessary.
