One of the most important parts of my work is being service-oriented; being a good listener, being interested in the person behind the complaint, being able to see a patient as a whole – mentally and physically. From that attitude you can not only make a more nuanced diagnosis, you can also draw up a much more personal treatment plan.

From that attitude, you can not only make a more nuanced diagnosis, you can also draw up a much more personal treatment plan. A plan that fits the complaint and the lifestyle and expectations of the patient.
I always help my patients. If I can’t figure it out myself, I ask colleagues to look along and think along. If you have a specialist question, I will refer you to one of my specialist colleagues. And if your complaint is outside my field of expertise, I will help you find a care provider who can help you. There is always a way.
