Complaints or ideas

Despite all our efforts and good intentions, things can go wrong. If you have a complaint, you can discuss it with your doctor or confidant within CARDO Healthcare. Dissatisfaction and complaints often arise from a lack of communication. Asking for clarification directly is often sufficient to solve problems in that case. It is often not easy to talk about problems and complaints. It is important for yourself or our employees not to continue to have these kinds of problems for too long.


If you are unable to discuss or resolve the complaint with an employee, if you do not dare to do so or if the conversation has not been to your satisfaction, you can consider submitting the complaint to the complaints officer. You can use the COMPLAINT FORM to describe the complaint and where you can submit it.

The complaints officer will contact you and offer you the opportunity to tell your story. In consultation, you will determine what will happen with your complaint. If necessary, the complaints officer can act as a mediator between you and the employee(s) concerned. We are affiliated with the disputes committee of Erisietsmisgaan.nl and are recognized by the CIBG under registration number CIBG/EGi 27349.2.
